Escrow Policy
How funds are held securely until work is approved, protecting both employers and freelancers.
1. Overview
PskWork uses an escrow system to protect both clients and freelancers. When a client posts a paid job, the required funds are reserved from the client wallet before the job becomes available.
2. How Escrow Works
- Client funds are locked when a job is published
- Freelancers complete the assigned work and submit proof
- Clients review submissions and approve valid work
- Approved earnings are released to the freelancer wallet
3. Disputes and Holds
If a submission is disputed, funds may remain held until the review is completed. PskWork may request additional proof from either party before making a final decision.
4. Refunds from Escrow
Unused escrow balances for cancelled or rejected jobs may be returned to the client wallet according to platform rules. Once work is approved, the related payment is generally final.
