KYC Policies

1. Overview

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification helps PskWork confirm user identity, reduce fraud, and protect withdrawals.

2. When KYC Is Required

• Before approving certain withdrawal requests
• When unusual account activity is detected
• When required by compliance or risk review

3. Documents We May Request

Users may be asked to submit a government ID, document photos, and a selfie holding the document. All images must be clear, unedited, and belong to the account holder.

4. Review Process

Submitted documents are reviewed by our team. Approved accounts are marked as verified. Rejected submissions include a reason when possible so users can resubmit correctly.

5. Data Protection

KYC documents are used only for verification and security purposes and are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
