2. Eligibility

• You must have sufficient available freelancer balance
• Your account must be in good standing
• ID verification may be required before withdrawals are approved

Supported withdrawal methods and related fees are shown on the Fees page and may change over time. Always review the current fee before submitting a request.

4. Processing Time

Most withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days. Bank and mobile-wallet processing times may vary depending on the selected method and provider.

5. Rejected Withdrawals

If a withdrawal is rejected, funds are returned to your freelancer wallet and a reason is provided when available. You may correct the issue and submit a new request.
